EDAG Engineering Group AG: Extraordinary General Meeting elects Georg Denoke as Chairman of the Board of Directors
 

Arbon, 21 August 2018. EDAG Engineering Group AG held an Extraordinary General Meeting in Zurich today. In it, Mr. Georg Denoke, CEO of ATON GmbH and former CFO of Linde AG, has been elected as a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Nomination and Compensation Committee.

Together with the Board of Directors, the management team and all employees, we will drive the necessary changes", Denoke said upon election as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Denoke will contribute his international expertise, software competence and many years of management experience to the further development of the EDAG Group.

The Extraordinary General Meeting also approved two adjustments to the company's Statutes. The new version of the Statutes is available at ir.edag.com.
